Centered around a classic yeast bread, but with the addition of egg and extra egg yolk, shredded cheese, and substituting milk for part of the hydration, this flavorful loaf is bursting with herbs, exotic spices, and a kick of umami goodness from shitake mushroom powder.
...and it is perfect for sandwiches as it turns out.
