Space Camp's Elite Academy students, 18-21 year-olds who have completed the standard three levels of Space Camp and the three levels of Aviation Challenge, and scored sufficiently high on all graded assignments to be invited back for a final week of Best-of-the-Best showdowns—their final opportunity to attend Space Camp before buckling down and joining the world of adulthood.

In this image set, Elite Academy participants complete a night of space travel adventures as the Space Camp Mission Complex pulls out all the stops for the ultimate simulated mission experience: The LDM (Long Duration Mission), which runs from 8pm to 2am on the final day of the program and represents the culmination of years of Space Camp experiences, putting all the skills the trainee have accumulated during their years of attending Space Camp and Aviation Challenge.
